I can attest to this because my first mortgage lender is EMC and we are trying to get out short sale approved. They ask for the same items over and over again from me. It seems if you are working with them directly without the help of a professional that deals with them on a regular basis you could get stuck in forever stalled mode or go round and round with them for months!

I need some help:
I have received a secure message from Bank of America
A recipient of a Registered Envelope must register (free of charge) to obtain a password for opening encrypted messages.
First time users – will need to register after opening the attachment. If you receive a Registered Envelope and you have not registered with the service, click the Register button to begin the registration process. On my envelope ther is no Register button to begin the registration process, only a open button but using this only causes a wrong password error. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. What are you trying to accomplish? The reason I ask is because you, as a third party, have no ability to create a Secure Email; You can only reply to them.
