Have you been calling BAC/Countrywide and gotten a message that their systems are down and that you should call back? Ask their agents and, “they’ve never heard about it”. We just called right back and in less than 10 seconds we were on the phone with an agent. Seems if they can get you they’ll turn you away but if you are persistent they’ll take your call… Maybe…Maybe not. The point is that we want to know if this has happened to you or somehow we, due to the volume we working in, are the only ones subjects to these strange mishaps.
